Technical scope
Work through the stage and layout, microphones, sound, lighting, screens and power requirements. Identify what the venue provides and what needs sourcing.
Build and rehearsal
Agree access, setup time, crew responsibilities, rehearsals and the show schedule before the event day.
Clear responsibilities
Define the work included in the proposal, the other suppliers involved and how changes to scope affect the programme and budget.
Do we need full event management?
Not necessarily. Tell us what is already arranged and who is managing the event. We can discuss a production-only scope and agree how it connects with the wider team.
